Are you an experienced Senior People Manager looking for a varied temporary contract for an international movement focussed on sustainability and quality of living.
This Not-for-profit organisation are seeking a highly efficient Senior People Manager to ensure delivery of a professional, proactive and people focussed service across the teams HR function.
On a temporary contract until the end of September you will be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day work of the People team and ensuring that resources are focused delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Leading the People team to ensure they have effective and efficient processes are in place.
- Assisting with facilities management and supporting the Senior Facilities Manager
- Overseeeing the monthly payroll and pensions processes,
- Ensure recruitment campaigns are well managed and provide advice and support when required
- Support the People Business Partner with employee relations, well-being, coaching managers, change management and development.
- Focus on Recruitment & Selection processes to improve hiring methods.
The skills you will bring to the role of Senior People Manager will include:
- Experience of managing a team of People professionals responsible for the HR/Recruitment
- Experience of delivering a customer-focused generalist service; including all recruitment, contract administration, payroll, managing employee records, management of budgets, production and communication of HR policies and procedures.
