Operations Manager (Kitchen and Bathroom Programme)
Location: Yorkshire Office (Leeds)
Package: £45,000 - 55,000 per annum + up to £6.5 car allowane + up to 20% branch bonus
Our client, a national property services business have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to oversee multiple Kitchen and Bathroom programmes in Yorkshire.
Responsibilites:
- Manage the Planned works within agreed budgets, objectives and targets
- Develop and maintain good communication between the operations team
- Ensure contracts are compliant with all legislation, Health & Safety matters, policy and good practice
- Manage operational service delivery and productivity to achieve high levels of performance. Ensure use of trackers, PDA and scheduling management is maximised to improve performance
- Collaborate with other service managers and colleagues in the region to develop best practice and implement change
Requirements:
- Knowledge or experience of the Social Housing sector
- Experience leading Kitchen and Bathroom programmes
