- Recruitment experience a must - in a construction setting ideally civils
- Manage high volume 500 + skilled workforce over multiple sites
- Account management of prestigious tier 1 accounts
- Management of client meetings / planning / contract renewals
- Recruitment / staff retention / training / onboarding
- Team player / team Management and development
- Self-motivator

- A Hands-on big team management role
