As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our expanding team and support our operations across the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities:
 
- To assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operational responsibility for day to day running of the security operation and the allocated car parks
- Management and planning of resources including ensuring effective deployment of staff throughout the contract ensuring operational requirements are met within budget
- Continuous monitoring of revenue activity, involving regular reporting on Key Performance Indicators to Area Operations Manager, identifying trends and instigating remedial action where necessary
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports, managing clients' expectations and attending regular meetings.

- Monitor budget and contract spend in relation to uniform, stationary and other supplies ensuring effective cost control
- Monitor car park tariffs and recommend tariff changes to the clients and APCOA as required
- Identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract
 
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in Operations Management.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
- Excellent prioritisation and time management abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
