Requirements:
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading large projects and building high-performing inspired team for delivery and that achieve all high standards on safety, compliance, performance and operational targets with problem solving and high level for detail.
Exceptional Project Civil construction and Contract Management skills including feasibility studies, strategic planning, preparing quotes, cost-effective solutions, establishing project start-ups with the teams and senior management manage overall site operations as well as the supervisors from planning through to post implementation stage, skilled in construction on various methodologies in the civil industry
Practiced in operational planning and delivery with demonstrated ability to manage overall project operations including establishing new method statements in line with the project, managing tight time scale deliverables, end to end processes, problem solving skills, strategic planning, and program of works.
Quality management and continuous improvement with proven ability to add value to operational performance by applying a high standard of quality in the development of operational plans and audits, procedures, training and identifying opportunities and discuss best practices and cost-effective ideas.
Safety and risk management awareness and ability to implement critical operational management protocols whilst ensuring a zero-harm culture, wellbeing training and a safe productive work environment.
Skilled at Contractor and stakeholder Management, with experience selecting and managing multiple key contractors and stakeholders with a solid reputation of effectively managing projects with excellent results
Highly organised and excellent time management skills effective communicator at all levels, motivate and influence team members, stakeholder management with positive solutions and result driven.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
