Operations Panel leader


Hours: 7.5 hours a day 15 hours a week and flexibility required


Rate: £11.60


Adecco are recruiting to work on site with our prestigious client for a Operations Panel leader.


Job Summary


Supporting the Insight Lead Coordinator in driving best quality insight on our products from the Quality Panel, this entails facilitating quality panels, working closely with suppliers and stakeholders, and being flexible to cover shifts for annual leave and sickness. On the job training will be provided.


Accountabilities



  • Daily Running of food tasting panels, ensuring data photos, spelling and accurate data is being captured.

  • Create & facilitate bespoke training programs for new & existing panellists and kitchen team based on the business needs.

  • Create and facilitate screening and calibration programme for panellists 3 times a year minimum.

  • Create & facilitate colleague screening sessions for the wider team.

  • Liaise with key stakeholders on supplier lead training programs for all the team.

  • Organising and facilitating Operation team days.

  • Assisting the Lead Coordinator.

Facilitating panels or groups of people. Good Food Knowledge. Held focus groups or presented to a team, strong computer skills and designing training programs.
