Operations / Project Administrator

Now recruiting for a national company who are leaders in their sector, specifically for someone to join their growing team in their Hemel Hempstead office based in the Maylands areas.

We're looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team! For the right person there's even great routes into a more senior or team leader role in the future given the future plans in place.

On a day-to-day basis you could expect to be involved in everything from processing orders, supporting on projects, and coordinating workers to more general admin, purchase order and invoice-based work.

If you like being kept busy and being involved in all sorts of projects and doing work that spreads across over teams, this could be a great fit!

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This position is paying up to £28K depending on experience.

What to expect:

• Placing and processing orders.
• Raising and allocating purchase orders.
• Project support - Planning, coordinating, and scheduling.
• Assisting with quotations.
• Invoice support.
• With scope for this role to grow and take on other duties in the future.

What do we need from you:

• Ideally you will need some form of Operations/Scheduling or experience within an administrative position.
• A can-do attitude to jump into projects and tasks is a must have for this type of job.
• The ability to commute daily and work in the Hemel Hempstead office.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilities.
• Organised, structured approach with a focus on problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project desirable), organisational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach.
