In order to help assist bring the deceased into our care, this role will involve considerable time communicating with 3rd party organisations and building strong, positive relationships.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Liaising with families, care homes and mortuaries to arrange the ‘reactive’ collection of our families loved ones.Managing our scheduled collections and deliveries across England and WalesProducing routes, tasks and documentation for our field operativesEnsuring that each scheduled route is optimised for efficiency and customer service.Acting as a first point of contact for the field operatives to query instructions and plan deviations.Enter details into our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) of all planned activities.Analyse future requirements and work with our Funeral arrangers to ensure we are maximising operational efficiency.The successful candidate will be used to working in a busy, dynamic environment and offering exceptional customer service to their clients. The successful candidate will not require any funeral experience as all training will be given. However, they must possess good communication and IT skills and be ready to learn our own CRM system and procedures. They will also be self-motivating, empathetic and thrive as working as part of a team, acting in a manner that ensures the deceased are treated with respect and dignity.
