Job Title: Operations Support Administrator

The role
As a Operations Support Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Infrastructure Operations Department

Day to day, you'll be responsible for general administrative duties, this includes report writing, minute taking, filing, visitor notifications, ordering supplies (including contractor assistance).

  • Maintenance of documentary security processes.
  • Use of business applications and reporting processes.
  • Ensure all department information is disseminated and boards are up to date on a daily/weekly basis as required.
  • Collate departmental data as instructed by management.

This role is full time and will be based at the Royal Naval Armaments Depot (RNAD) Coulport, near Helensburgh.

Essential experience of the Operations Support Administrator:

  • Have worked as an Administrator in previous role.
  • Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Business Applications, e.g., CONCUR, IFS would be an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications for the Operations Support Administrator:

  • Standard Grade / National 5 English or Equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
