Operations Support Administrator
Salary: From 25,000
Location: Bristol
As an Operations Support Administrator you will be working with the Project Team assisting with:
- Managing inhouse operatives diaries, scheduling appointments with tenants
- Handling specific work flow status within an inhouse system, ensuring the system is kept up to date with accurate information
- Communicating and building strong relationships with inhouse operatives and responding to all enquiries
- Process work orders
- General Administration duties
- Handling emails and phone calls
- Contributing to a collaborative environment
- Liaising with residents, providing high quality customer service
To be successful in this Office Support Administrator role you will need to:
- Be an experienced Scheduler/ Repairs Administrator/ Repairs Coordinator
- Have previous scheduling experience
- Have previous Social Housing Experience
