Job description

We are currently working with an established retrofit housing contractor Bristol, who are looking to add an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join an rapidly expanding team. With this role there is a benefit of further training and development opportunities. If you are an experienced Repairs Administrator or Scheduler this role may be for you.
Operations Support Administrator
Salary: From 25,000
Location: Bristol
As an Operations Support Administrator you will be working with the Project Team assisting with:
  • Managing inhouse operatives diaries, scheduling appointments with tenants
  • Handling specific work flow status within an inhouse system, ensuring the system is kept up to date with accurate information
  • Communicating and building strong relationships with inhouse operatives and responding to all enquiries
  • Process work orders
  • General Administration duties
  • Handling emails and phone calls
  • Contributing to a collaborative environment
  • Liaising with residents, providing high quality customer service

To be successful in this Office Support Administrator role you will need to:
  • Be an experienced Scheduler/ Repairs Administrator/ Repairs Coordinator
  • Have previous scheduling experience
  • Have previous Social Housing Experience
