Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

• Leading and coordinating the PM shift in a busy Savers Distribution Centre alongside the Shift Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring team members are coached and developed to hit their performance targets.
• Providing first line support for your team.
• Managing KPIS and review report data.
• Providing support to the shift manager with new initiatives and overall shift management duties.
• Managing the day to day Health & Safety obligations in a busy warehouse.
• Ensuring the CSL's are managed to ensure that the stores get their goods on time.
