Our Finance, Risk & Compliance practice is looking for experienced Finance Transformation & CFO Advisory professionals to join the team

Acting as an impartial, critical friend to CFOs, we help our clients address challenges, and respond to opportunities, around climate and sustainability, business integration, and business performance. Our advice is pragmatic and independent-by-design, and we get the best results because we’re free to listen to your needs and provide quality, specialist knowledge with no distractions or biases to get in the way.

What you will be doing

• Climate & Sustainability and the impact on the CFO office
• Business Integration including Operating Model and technology enabled change in Finance
• Business Performance – Business Insights, Integrated Planning, Forecasting and Scenario Modelling

Your skills and experience

We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Some of the key sills we are looking for:

• You will be a passionate and curious finance professional with a background in consultancy or experience in a project focused role within industry
• You will need to have excellent relationship building and communication skills, and experience of working well in teams
• You will need to have a strong understanding of Finance Transformation projects with project / programme experience across the full project lifecycle and the ability to take ownership, provide a point of view and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environment
