Your new role
In your new role you will be providing extraordinary front of house service and cutting-edge clinical care. You will be involved with many aspects of the customer journey including reception duties, clinical pre-screening and managing stock inventory. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and must have the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service. This role is 4-5 days a week, including regular Saturdays.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need previous experience working in a front of house role and in the optical industry. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
