The optimisation function is rapidly growing and developing and they're building up an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. They're investing heavily into their digital infrastructure and this position is a representation of the movement towards this digital transformation.
Working alongside subject matter experts in Optimisation, the environment is perfect for growing your CRO-specific skills.
WHATS ON OFFER
- An opportunity to work for a leading customer experience agency who invests in their people. You'll be joining a rapidly growing and developing area of the business with the opportunity to build out the optimisation function further.
- You'll be involved in all areas across the product roll-out and CRO process, including strategizing, shaping product roadmaps, identifying key areas for opportunity, and creating test plans.
- You'll be working with experts in the digital and product space, with an opportunity to build out a CRO team and function working cross-functionally with designers and developers.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Previous experience in a CRO/Optimisation position is necessary, with a testing tool such as Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
- Hands-on experience using a Web Analytics tool such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
- Proven experience successfully managing an A/B testing program.
- Experience working in an agency/consultancy environment.
