Could you be a Sunseeker Sprayer?
We are now recruiting experienced Sprayers to join the Sunseeker family at our Osprey Quay site in Portland, Dorset. As a Sunseeker Sprayer, you will have your work admired in exclusive marinas across the globe.
As a Sprayer in our Prep and Polish team, you will lean on your experiences within automotive, aerospace, or marine to drive flawless quality within a flawless finish. you will work across the numerous boat lines of our extensive product range, completing work packages such as hand spraying lacquered panels, creating high quality interior panels and using sculpt foam to match the required shapes for each yacht whilst working with a wide variety of different paints, chemicals and materials as well as assisting with other parts of the production process when needed.
Candidates most suited to this role will ideally come from a marine, automotive, aerospace or furniture manufacturing industry. A driving license would be beneficial for this role although not essential.
Due to our current capacity, we are unable to provide on-the-job training within this role. Regrettably we must ask for skilled candidates only at this time.
Our working patterns
- Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30
- Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30 | Shift premium (x1.3) applied to basic rate
You will be asked to select your preferred shift pattern during your application. Please note however that shift patterns are subject to availability and therefore are not guaranteed. Please speak to our Talent team if you have specific requirements.
Our pay rates
- Basic hourly rates from £14.00 to £16.05, depending on experience
- Overtime rates of up to £24.75 (x1.5 rate) and £32.10 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays) - please note that Overtime is not guaranteed and it is allocated based on business needs at the time
