Oracle Data Analyst

I'm working with a leading financial services organisation in the region to support in finding them a data led individual.

Their HR systems are at the core of our operations, and they are seeking a talented Oracle Data Analyst to join their team. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance remote work with time in our vibrant Leeds office.

As an Oracle Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives within our HR systems. You will be responsible for leveraging Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to provide comprehensive data analyses and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to HR systems to provide actionable insights.
• Utilize Oracle OTBI and OAC to develop, manage, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that support business objectives.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
• Support the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on HR systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle OTBI and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
