Good morning!
I'm currently looking for an experienced Oracle Developer to join a well known organisation in South Yorkshire on an initial 12 month contract with a view to further extension. The role involves not only development work but also on-call support, including out-of-hours availability.
The ideal candidate will be prepared to work in South Yorkshire for the vast majority of the working week, but accommodations can be made for the right candidate.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms 6 applications.
- Write efficient and optimised PL/SQL code for various database operations.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create and maintain schema objects, ensuring performance, security, and integrity.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries for improved database performance.
