As part of the People Systems programme team, this role will be responsible for testing and analysing end to end payroll processes including migrated payroll data in Oracle Fusion.
This role will need to be able to identify variances and issues and communicate findings with clarity to support resolution.
The role requires detailed knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll data structures, knowledge of HCM and Payroll processes and experience producing detailed data / reconciliation analysis in a concise way to business stakeholders.
Additional knowledge of Oracle e-business suite is an advantage.
Day to day
- Some of your key responsibilities as our Oracle Fusion Payroll Coordinator will be:
- Participating in People and Finance programme meetings, taking actions for remediation
- Support Payroll in testing and analyzing payroll data through varied testing cycles
- Share ideas and suggestions regarding ways of working and processes to find smarter ways of doing things, improving job satisfaction and team productivity.
- Managing communications and relationships with numerous teams including Data Migration and Data Insights, People and Finance Functional SMEs and Process Owners
About you
In addition to the above, we are looking for our successful candidate to demonstrate the following:
- Essential Experience of working in a fast pace environment with the ability to prioritize workload
- Knowledge of HCM & Payroll data structures in Oracle Fusion Ability to interrogate Fusion HCM & Payroll data, e.g developing Oracle BI Publisher reports
- Experience producing detailed reconciliation analysis in a concise, digestible format for business stakeholders.
- Understanding core HCM & Payroll processes and ability to run the payroll process end-to-end in Fusion
- Excellent verbal and written skills Desirable Technical developer skills (including SQL) to understand
- Fast Formula and code logic underpinning our Azure DM tool. Knowledge of Oracle e-business suite
