What Will You Be Doing?

Reporting to the Customer Fulfilment Team Leader, you will deliver a service to our customers which supersedes any within our industry, supporting our reputation as a global market leader.  You will seek to provide an excellent standard of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, ensuring that all customers are dealt with in an effective, timely manner and are always furnished with the correct information.

You will resolve enquiries regarding product, service and technical issues.  Acting as the voice of the business the primary objective of the role is to foster an excellent, pro-active customer service culture driving growth through the sales process with our customers.

The day-to-day:

• Deliver excellent customer service by fostering customer relationships, with specific ownership of assigned customers
• Accurate and proactive order entry / processing and tracking of projects through to Order Fulfilment using Salesforce and SAP
• Identify and share leads, taking up-selling opportunities.
• Proactive site tracking with key project contracts and relevant internal Supply Chain teams e.g. Forecasting
• Work within service propositions across different routes to market to achieve OTIF targets and to maintain market availability.
• Work in line with departmental and business KPI’s
• Support outbound customer campaigns, providing accurate and reliable customer response data to ensure follow-up activities are carried out effectively.
• Support and work with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues and to identify and exploit opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Experience of the Tender / Supply Chain / Order Fulfilment process
• Good product knowledge and technical expertise
• Excellent communication skills (including verbal and written)
• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-disciplined, motivated and proactive with an adaptable / flexible approach
• Confident and able to work on own initiative with limited supervision
• Ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations
• CRM / SAP / Sales force experience
• Outlook / Excel / Word experience
