+ Essential Job Functions
Accurately picking and packing customer orders according to specified requirements
Booking shipments and coordinating with courier companies for timely delivery
Tracking orders and ensuring they reach customers on time
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment operations
Responding promptly to any issues or discrepancies with orders
Adhering to safety protocols and company policies at all times
General Responsibilities:
Performing general administrative tasks related to order fulfillment
Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations preferred
+ Education and Experience
Previous experience in sales administration and logistics would be advantageous.
Demonstrate a solid background and successful track record in a logistics role
Strong customer service skills
Strong office and administration skills
Intermediate Excel and word, excellent telephone manner
Experience with e-commerce systems, experience of WooCommerce preferred

Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Negotiable
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Office-based at our Leatherhead office
26 days holiday, plus bank holidays
