Order Processing Administrator
Full Time Permanent role - office based role
Monday - Thursday 0845-1715 and Fri 0845-1600. Workplace based in Burgess Hill. Plenty of free parking on site. Office is around 15 minute walk from the mainline station.
Salary £23000-£24000 plus exceptionally good company benefits.
The role:
Responsible for all aspects of customer order administration, order expedites/change requests in line with company processes, whilst meeting agreed service levels
Main duties of the role include:
Manage the order fulfilment process including administration of all customer orders, order expedites and order change requests
Daily management of all customers order books
Ensure all customer administration questions are actioned
Using the CRM system - ensuring high accuracy levels
Key skills and competencies required:
Good data entry / administration experience - efficient and accurate processing of customer data
Strong customer focus with good data entry speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
Able to prioritise effectively and work to agreed deadlines.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
