Adecco are currently seeking an Order Processing Executive to join a growing, family-run manufacturing business based in Worcester. This is a company which has a fun and inclusive company culture with a very exciting expansion program ahead and the successful candidate will enjoy being a part of the innovative journey.Key Duties Responsibilities
- Ensuring orders are loaded onto Business Central efficiently
- Cross checking orders for complete accuracy
- Liaising with the production team
- Liaising with site contacts to arrange successful delivery
- Booking deliveries onto Datascope system
- Liaising with transport providers
- Sending order acknowledgements to customers
- Booking on export orders with the relevant courier and providing all documentation accompanied with this process.
- Supporting the customer service team in answering the phone and emails
- Hungry, humble and smart
- Excellent attention to detail
- Very high literacy and grammatical standards
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence in speaking on the phone
- Thinking of others
- Eager to progress through learning
- Supportive attitude to all work colleagues
