We are seeking an Order Processing Team Member to join our dedicated team. This role involves following established processes to ensure that work orders received are input accurately and efficiently to meet service levels agreed with customers. The successful candidate will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Accurately processing customers’ orders into our electronic database, ensuring all details are entered correctly.
- Reviewing order information for accuracy and completeness.
- Transferring calls and forwarding emails to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Organising and storing orders and customer communications for easy retrieval.
- Highlighting and noting any issues within work orders to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Assisting with general office tasks as requested, including generating letters, photocopying, and filing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using electronic data capture systems with speed and accuracy.
- Awareness of individual customer requirements when processing work orders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
- Competence in using a range of software packages.
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- A valid driving licence is essential due to the location of our Head Office.
