Job description

Our successful client, who are one the largest manufacturers in their industry with a large customer-base, have a brand-new requirement for an Order Processing Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis, based in their offices in Gloucester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit office with a great friendly atmosphere. You will become a part of the existing sales and customer service team.
You will be responsible for Order Processing, raising and sending of purchase orders, order verification, message taking, liaising with external suppliers and supply updates on delays in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, good IT knowledge, great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Candidate Attributes;
- Previous experience in customer service is highly beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive nature in a very reactive environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Computer literate
- SAP experience will be desirable, although in house training will be provided
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience + Bonus
