Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Order processing Team.
• Oversee and implement training needs.
• Assist in monitoring and managing the team functions.
• Work with team to deliver the team’s KPIs.
• Jointly manage the team administration.
• Improve processes to improve efficiency within the team

• Experience within an administrative and customer focused role.
• Be able to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to support and manage team members.
