Salary: 35,000pa (OTE 40,500) Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-5 Hybrid Working Joining bonus of 500 following 3 months' service!

About the Role:

Reporting to the Sales Order Processing Manager, this role focuses on providing valuable support, overseeing team operations, and fostering individual/team development. You'll be a key communicator of organisational needs, managing day-to-day workloads in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team workload and accountability within agreed KPIs.
• Supervise coordinators to uphold high customer service standards and company procedures.
• Provide structured training for individual and team development.
• Collaborate with other supervisors for consistent departmental approach.
• Encourage team ownership, engagement, and participation.
• Proactively address departmental requirements and sales/purchase Order Processing.
• Manage cover for the team during holidays, absences, and training events.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams for effective communication.
• Adapt communication for diverse contacts and manage training documentation.

Key Qualifications needed:

• Strong customer service and administrative background.
• Experienced order processor with top-notch organisational skills.
• Effective workload prioritisation to meet KPIs.
• Proactive with a "can-do" attitude, motivating others.
• Proven problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous expertise in logistics/transport coordination.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, driven, and committed to exceeding customer service expectations.
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel/Word/Access.
