Job description

About us:

For over two centuries, Molson Coors has been bringing people together over a cold beer, but today, our modern portfolio of award-winning brands extends beyond beer to meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our consumers.

With a presence in over 100 countries and a team of 16,000 talented employees globally, we take pride in our traditions, brands and the role we play in uniting people to celebrate all life’s moments.

As one of the world’s leading beverage companies, we are passionate about promoting responsible drinking and creating a sustainable future.

In addition to popular favourites like Carling, Staropramen and Bordosi, our EMEA APAC divisional beverage portfolio includes MGD, Coors, Madrí Excepcional and Blue Moon. We also have an expanding and evolving premium spirits range.

As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.

Your Purpose

In 2022 we launched an ambitious 10-year strategy for our EMEA APAC division, which will see us grow our business across five key areas. In order to achieve this strategy, we’re undertaking a transformation programme to ensure that our people are equipped with the right systems and processes to be successful. This is the largest and most complex multi-year, multi-function Program that Molson Coors has ever undertaken in EMEA APAC.

As our Organisation Change Director, you will be critical to this business transformation.  Reporting to and working alongside the Transformation Director, your role will be to develop and implement a divisional change strategy which would include impact analysis, stakeholder mapping and management, change and training strategy, business readiness/gap analysis (and other methods) to execute effective Change Management initiatives.

Leadership and employee adoption is vital to ensure that our transformation programme will meet its objectives on time and on budget. As a skilled Change specialist, you’ll know how to bring people on this journey – and navigate a changing landscape across multiple countries and different business priorities.

You’ll work from home in this role but there will be a requirement for business travel as needed, likely to be c.6 trips per year (across Europe). This role can be based in Croatia, Romania, UK or Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing current business readiness and building a plan to facilitate the change with involvement of key stakeholders from across the Division, and if necessary, understand where the connection points are with the Global IT Transformation Strategy.  This plan will reflect the multi-function, multi country complexity of the programme and you will need to translate into key simple milestones that you will lead for.
  • Facilitating communication that shapes new behaviours, recognises the impact of change and motivates our employees and key stakeholders to embrace the change.
  • Acting as a coach for the senior leaders and executives of the organisation to make sure they fulfill their role of change leadership sponsor, through role modelling an enterprise mindset at all times. You’ll support and coach people leaders to help them transition their teams through the change, and finally will support the transformation office to integrate change management activities into their project plans.
  • Leading for a positive change culture within the organisation by giving employees a voice in how the change is managed, understand the gaps and work with the Functional training teams to create a capability plan that unites the organisation.
  • Creating clear metrics that will define success of the programme, conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and advise key stakeholders.

About You:

You’ll have a background in holistic business transformation, which has affected culture and process, and will ideally have led a business area prior to moving into Change management.

Throughout the assessment process, you’ll be able to show:

  • Deep experience in leading multi country, large scale organisational change programmes.
  • Prior involvement in transformational programs within a global FMCG/CPG environment.
  • Experience in using change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Advanced understanding of how people go through change and what the change process is.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, matrixed environments and deliver tangible results.
  • Proven in working in ambiguous situations and can demonstrate ability to flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong communication skills capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders within the organization.
  • Experience in managing transformations change within organisations that have not previously embarked on major business change initiatives.
  • Experience in and ability to demonstrate conflict management and resolution at all levels within an organisation.

You may not feel that you meet all of the criteria for this role, but don't let that stop you from applying. We all need to learn and develop and here at Molson Coors, we can help you do this.
