You'll be at the forefront of implementing organisational design principles to optimize operating models, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the businesses strategic objectives.

Job Accountabilities:
'28; Develop and execute the OD strategy.
'28; Be the go-to expert on OD principles, coaching HR partners and teams.
'28; Lead OD initiatives for major transformations, ensuring consistency.
'28; Collaborate with leaders on core capabilities and in/outsourcing strategies.
'28; Evaluate and refine design principles and tools for strategic outcomes.
'28; Drive simplification and cost-effectiveness throughout the organization.
'28; Analyse structures and recommend optimizations
'28; Define key metrics for progress measurement in organisation health and efficiency.
'28; Stay ahead in the OD profession, providing expertise for organisational effectiveness.
