The Role:
As an Organisational Development (OD) Advisor specialising in Internal Talent and Skills Development, you can make your own powerful contribution to ensuring our employees reach their full potential. From designing comprehensive talent development programmes to overseeing skills enhancement projects, you'll play a critical role. With a range of initiatives prioritised for the next 6-12 months, we can offer you plenty of challenge in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. We’ll need you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, juggling priorities and ensuring effective delivery across the board.
Our OD team are driven by a shared passion for fostering continuous learning, talent development, culture change and organisational growth. You’ll be joining a team with diverse backgrounds who collaborate to deliver continuous innovation, and pride themselves on supporting organisational growth and building a positive work culture.

About You:
You’re likely to have a background in Talent, OD, Human Resources or Learning and Development, where you will have driven impactful projects that enhanced the capabilities of both individual employees and the wider organisation. You’ll demonstrate a good understanding of the principles of talent management and development, including performance management, career development, succession planning, skills development, and leadership development. You can design interactive learning experiences and have strong facilitation skills, including the ability to engage diverse groups. Proficiency in research, data analysis and reporting is also important, as are well-developed project management and prioritisation skills.
