Organisational Development & Culture Advisor

We are looking for an experienced leadership development professional to join us on our exciting journey to develop our popular Leadership Academy. You will be required to lead a team of facilitators and a co-ordinator to continually develop our offering, evaluate the impact of our programmes, and work with stakeholders across the organisation to identify development opportunities and to develop solutions that will address specific organisational needs.
