Salary: £45,585.00 - £48,350.00  per annum

Who are we?


The Organisational Development team supports the university to achieve its goals and ambitions by building individual and collectively capability, whilst at the same time using insight and data to align systems, processes and practice to enhance organisational culture. Organisational Development is part of the People Engagement and Culture (PEAC) which also include the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and the Colleague Wellbeing teams and between us we aim to improve the colleague experience at the University. 

 

The Role


You will lead and shape a wide range of University-wide Organisational Development projects that will enhance the University’s ability to deliver excellence, creativity and impact through its people.  Current priorities for this role are to build leadership and management capability across the University, create an engaging and coaching culture and embed the values and guiding principles in everything we do.

We are looking for candidates who have strong organisational and project management skills and excel at building strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.  We are particularly keen to hear from people who are able influence across all levels, bringing ideas and new thinking to generate enthusiasm and commitment for change.  

 

We are looking for someone who can influence across all levels, be passionate about collaboration and be committed to delivering results for the multiple teams you work with. We are particularly keen to hear from those who can bring ideas and new thinking to generate enthusiasm and commitment for change as well as being willing to share knowledge and expertise.

 

We would also be happy to hear from candidates who aspire to and who have solid skills and experiences to come into this role at a Senior OD Adviser level.  As a career development opportunity, we would support you with a programme of activities to develop into the OD Lead role. The salary range for the Senior OD Adviser role is £33,966 to £44,263.  please click here to view the job description.
