SalaryWe have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our friendly and supportive HR team in the role of OD Partner. The role holder will support us to deliver the Council’s People Strategy covering areas such as leadership/management development, employee development, culture change, digital transformation, talent management, employee engagement, staff wellbeing, succession planning, training, engagement and employee benefits.
This role will regularly engage with Senior Management Teams to discuss the above strategy areas and identify Department specific needs which will support future skills development, culture change and talent management.
We’re looking for a Chartered CIPD OD professional who has significant up to date OD and L&D experience gained in a large complex organisation including experience of developing and applying design principles to align organisational elements such as strategy, structure and process together. The ideal candidate will also have experience of applying a range of theories to shape and maximise Organisational Development practices and interventions.
This is a varied role, and we’re looking for someone who is flexible, a completer- finisher and has an adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This role will require travel to different sites across East Renfrewshire and we can accommodate a degree of hybrid working with some hours worked at home, depending on the needs of the service.
