Befriender ‘Out and About’ - Role Description
What you’ll be doing
As a Befriender volunteer, you’ll play an important role in the lives of those in need of companionship. You will play an important role in the lives of the people we support by being a reliable companion to attend activities they enjoy taking part in.
This role will involve making them feel more confident and comfortable and offering assistance when needed, being a support and a buddy.
