Qualifications and

Training

1. Working knowledge of IT applications.*
2. Excellent keyboard skills.
3. ECDL (or be willing work towards obtaining this qualification).
4. Relevant qualification e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services or Institute of Customer Services (or be willing to work towards a relevant qualification).

Experience

5. Experience of dealing with enquiries and offering advice and information in a customer

services environment.*

1. Experience of working in Homelessness and working knowledge of the

Homelessness ced

Reduction Act.*

1. Understanding of Best Value and quality service delivery.
2. Experience in using acute listening and mentoring skills.*
