Role: Outbound Sales Advisor

Full time: 37.5 hours, permanent
 

Salary: £11.55 per hour (£22,584.50) plus the opportunity to earn incentive.

Location:  Floor 3 Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7SL (On-site Role)
 

Operational Hours between: 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday 

About the Role:

You will be part of a lively energetic outbound team with SKY. This team has several call streams ranging from premium upgrades, broadband upgrades and speaking with customers who are in the process of leaving Sky for another provider due to service issues or cost. 

You will be expected to retain these customers through great conversations, excellent customer service and by reviewing their packages to suit their financial circumstances. 

This is a challenging and rewarding outbound role with generous bonus incentives and regular overlays and other incentives.

Role Requirements: 

• Previous experience in sales – whether that’s face to face or contact centre based. 
• Target driven, with proven track record of achieving results 
• The ability to stay self-motivated in a competitive environment 
• A passion for people and providing them with the best products & service 
• The ability to read your customer and really understand their needs
• Be tenacious, adaptable, and resilient
• The ability to turn a negative into a positive
• PC literate
