Our client is a world leader in the luxury car sector and they are looking for a Outbound Sales Advisor to join their busy team on a 12 month basis.
The successful Outbound Sales Advisor will contact current and prospective customers through different channels with the end goal of influencing the customer to commit to a lead.
The Role:
- To make outbound calls to potential customers.
- To convert potential customers into new, commited customers.
- Keep knowledge sharp regarding GDPR and the client.
- To ensure all contact with customers is of a first-class standard.
- Support and liaise with the retailer and dealer networks through sharing lead and sales opportunities.
The Right Candidate:
- Will ideally have previous experience of working in a regulated sales environment.
- Have the ability to self motivate and drive themselves to hit KPI's.
- Be able to build rapport and establish relationships quickly with customers.
- Keen to work in a team whilst also able to work alone.
- Have a strong attention to detail.
Hours: Rotating shifts.
Week 1: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Week 2: 11:00am - 7:30pm
After initial training period once signed off this becomes a hybrid role working 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.
Credit check and DBS check will be required for this role - this will be obtained by Quality Personnel if successful after interview stage.
