As an Outbound Sales Advisor you will be contacting historical leads from our customer database to see if they are still interested in Solar PV installation and battery storage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a business that can offer training and development as well as a great culture.
What you will be doing as an Outbound Sales Advisor…
- Making outbound calls to historical leads on our customer database
- Qualifying new leads
- Advising customers on the phone
- Logging all contact made with customers through Salesforce
- Liaise with our Solar Sales Specialists to pass on any interested customers
- Working to KPIs
