Red Recruitment is recruiting an Outbound Sales Consultant to join our client based in London. Our client has helped thousands of individuals, businesses, and large-scale commercial facilities move across Europe.
The salary for this position is £23,000 - £24,000 per annum and contains many bonus packages.
Multi/bilingual candidates who speak Italian, Spanish or French are preferred.
Benefits and Package for an Outbound Sales Consultant:
- Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Highbury, London (after the 3 month probation period, hybrid working is available)
- Stones throw from the tube station

- Bonus package:
- 5% on jobs with over 2K contribution or 10% over 7.5k contribution
- Team bonus
- £100 every 10 booking, then £100 every 5 bookings
- 1% bonus on a total contribution from £10k onwards
Key Responsibilities of an Outbound Sales Consultant:
- Closing sales via hot leads to generate new business opportunities
- Calling potential customers for new business
- Liaising regularly with colleagues to ensure the services offered to clients are always exceeding expectations
- Negotiating terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide insights for product and service enhancements
- Provide customers with quotations.
Skills and Experience of an Outbound Sales Consultant:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Logistics experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Excel
- Experience in Moveman database or Trello is an advantage
