Outbound Sales Executive

Knaresborough

£25,000 plus commission (OTE £30,000)

Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales? Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with one of our leading ecommerce clients to recruit an Outbound Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

Outbounds Sales Executive Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.)
  • Engage with trade accounts across various industries
  • Work closely with the internal Marketing team on strategies to target high-value prospects
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct product demos and presentations as needed
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress toward KPIs
  • Utilise key product knowledge to showcase solutions for prospective customers
  • Negotiate prices with clients interested in bulk orders
  • Conduct industry research to stay informed about relevant events and trends
  • Personalize interactions based on individual pain points, goals, and motivations

Outbound Sales Executive Skills and Experience:

  • Experience identifying and converting new business leads
  • Driven & positive mindset with outstanding customer service, communication and sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Great relationship building and quick trust development
  • High flexibility and adaptability
  • Motivated and ambitious with a desire to go above and beyond
  • Networking aptitude
  • Results-oriented & negotiation skills
  • Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to handle rejection
  • Proficient in computer-based systems, Outlook, and all Microsoft platforms
  • Full driving license required due to remote location
