We are one of the UK's leading Finger & Kick Plate Manufacturers. We pride ourselves in our ability to respond to our customer’s demands and deadlines, whilst maintaining the level of quality and service that is required in this competitive environment.
We are currently looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Duties include;
• Establish excellent relationships with new and existing customers, using their telephone sales techniques to generate business and encourage new leads.
• Demonstrable ability to target and secure new business.
• Self-motivation, tenacity and the drive to succeed.
• To maintain CRM ensuring that all relevant data is maintained.
• Build strong and lucrative relationships with new and existing customers.
• Versatility to sell across jobs and display markets.
• Campaign manage contracted clients effectively and competently
• Develop existing customers to generate additional revenue.
Required skills;
• Calm and friendly telephone manner
• Organised working routine ensuring all queries are answered and anything outstanding is followed-up in a timely manner
• Knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous
• Good MS office skills, particularly Excel
• Fluent spoken and written English
