Harvest Supervisor | Essex£DOE In this market leading business, you will be supported by a friendly team to continue successfully harvesting outdoor wholehead and spinach and tunnelled lettuce. The farm is delivering high quality salad crop varieties to all major UK retailers, the team is growing and needs a dynamic individual to work as a Harvest Supervisor What's the role? This Harvest Supervisor position will see you managing the day-to-day operation of over 250 hectares. You will manage a team of 25 harvest staff across multiple harvest teams on their farming site in Essex. What skills do I need? You'll bring experience and skills from previous harvest management, ready to jump into this role and take the reins. Communication, as with any management role, is essential as you will be ensuring your team stay motivated and you can get the most out of them. This role would see you managing the day-to-day operations of the harvest, but there's always someone around to offer you any support and guidance you need.
