With the towering Langdale Pikes looming above it, Great Langdale Campsite is a particularly dramatic spot to pitch up for a holiday in the outdoors. This award-winning site offers a wide selection of grassy pitches suitable for families and friends, as well as a collection of wooden camping pods. We are looking for 2 Campsite Assistants to join our great team for our 2024 season. Day to day, you'll support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until October 2024
Salary: £10.78 per hour. We are currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2024.

What you'll be doingIn addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service, processing online bookings and some Food and Beverage & Retail service from the Campsite shop.
A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners.
