Job description

Summary

We are looking for 2 Campsite Assistants to join our team at Crom Estate. Day to day, you will support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.

Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Weekend and Bank Holiday work are essential.

Contract: Fixed term until November 2024.

Provisional Interview date: Friday 2nd or Saturday 3rd February 2024.

What you'll be doing

Every day is different in the varying world of campsites, and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can deliver award-winning standards and delight guests. As well as keeping our five Glamping Pods and Campsite facilities clean, safe and compliant, you’ll welcome and engage with guests, sharing your love of the outdoors and the local environment with them, ensuring they have a memorable stay.

Your role will involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service and processing online bookings. Your work will connect people with nature, beauty and history and support the National Trust's work to tackle climate change, protect prehistoric sites and help people and nature thrive.
