As a Outpatient Manager at our Chichester Hospital, you’re a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You’ve already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Outpatient Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you’re organised, highly motivated and engaged.
As a Outpatient Manager, you will:
- Manage the day to day running of our outpatient / pre assessment department
- Lead a team of highly qualified nurses
- Ensure we deliver excellent patient care

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital
Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is a 30 bedded hospital within walking distance of the city centre with free onsite car parking. The hospital has two laminar flow operating theatres, a JAG accredited endoscopy unit and two minor treatment rooms in the outpatient department. There is a small radiology department and CT/ MRI services are provided in a mobile unit. Inpatient physiotherapy is provided within the hospital whilst our outpatients attend the fitness and wellbeing centre at Chichester gate for their follow up physio and hydrotherapy treatments.
Our main speciality is orthopaedics. We also care for patients needing treatment within the specialties of gynaecology, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology max fax, and pain. We provide outpatient services for dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and rheumatology.

Overtime
For clinical roles grade 9 and below, the overtime is at a standard rate of pay. For unsocial hours, you’ll be paid an additional enhancement to your salary at the following rates: Nights Hours worked between 7pm and 7am on any day of the week, 30% of basic hourly rate. Weekends Hours worked between 7am and 7pm on a Saturday or Sunday, 20% of basic hourly rate. Bank Holidays Hours worked between midnight and midnight of a bank holiday, 100% of basic hourly rate.
