Skills and Responsibilities for Outpatients Senior Staff Nurse:

• Maintain patient admission and treatment confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation using approved hospital forms, following NMC and hospital guidelines.
• Adhere to ward and hospital policies and professional standards.
• Provide excellent, evidence-based nursing care for patients.
• Assess, plan, implement patient care, and evaluate the process, accurately documenting each step.
• Participate in effective communication among the multidisciplinary team, other hospital departments, relatives, and visitors.
• Ensure quality care by being familiar with agreed standards and promptly informing seniors if the required standard cannot be reached.

Requirements for Outpatients Senior Staff Nurse:

• Registered Nurse
• Current NMC registration in adult or general nursing
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Professional commitment and self-awareness
• Motivate self and others
• Sound knowledge of current issues in nursing and developments
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills
