We're looking for a Sister /Charge Nurse to join the Outpatients Department @ The Wilmslow Hospital
The hospital is made up of 13 consultant rooms; a full diagnostic imaging suite; 2 operating theatres and a dedicated women's health unit. The Outpatients Department services a wide range of specialities, within which the post holder will develop skills .
Reporting to the M atron , the purpose of the Charge Nurse is to be responsible for ensuring high standards of nursing care are met and maintained , monitoring compliance of drug administering and providing support to all clinicians .
As an operational clinical leader, you will be a role model both clinically and professionally to all staff. The Sister/Charge Nurse will demonstrate the ability to manage key internal and external stakeholders .

What you'll bring:
- NMC Registered Nurse Level 1
- Management experience
- Experience working in an Outpatient setting (essential)
- Clinical sound and competent
- Phlebotomy trained
- Wound care management
