This post holder will be situated within the Outreach and Training branch of the Counselling and Mental Health Support Service. You will provide essential administrative support to the mental health training team and support organisational tasks around delivery. We are part of the Students & Education Directorate, a collection of wide-ranging professional services in place to support King’s students and their education. As a directorate we manage the student lifecycle from application to graduation and beyond, to ensure a coherent and seamless student experience and effective administrative processes, working closely with King’s faculties to do so. Outreach and Training Support Officer This role will provide essential administrative support to a new and expanding Outreach and training team. The role will support responding to any training and outreach queries and registration enquiries. Support with email communication and ordering Support with organisation such as catering orders and room bookings Ordering of training materials; diary planning tasks Attendance and support of service events and outreach initiatives This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to join an expanding team, and who wish to utilise their skills and expertise in mental health and Training and outreach. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in liaison and Training organisation. Contract type This post will be offered on permanent contract This is a full-time post, normal working hours Monday- Friday 09.00- 17.00, but we welcome applications from candidates seeking a flexible work pattern within our necessary service operating hours.
