Outreach worker and Project worker `
Established in 2011, the Stand Together Network (STN) is a renowned charity in North London. We specialise in offering support services and training programs to the Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) communities predominantly women, as well as those from low socio-economic backgrounds.
We’re hiring an outreach and Project worker at STN. The role involves recruiting potential beneficiaries for our projects, providing project advice, assessing participant eligibility, and following our recruitment protocol.

- Organise outreach events and represent our services at meetings.
- Identify potential beneficiaries and signposting, referral sources.
- Promote Stand Together Network's services in the local community.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and software like Salesforce, Canva, and CRM is a plus.
- Assist in completing and submitting all funding paperwork and reports.
- Collaborate with the STN team and train volunteers.
- Update contact details on the CRM system.
- Inform Stand Together Network database members about new courses and services.
- Maintain administrative systems, records, and data protection policies.
- Perform tasks to ensure effective service delivery and development.
- Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, work as a team, and adapt to changing tasks.
- Attend training, learn new skills, and apply them to the role.
- Uphold STN’s policies on inclusivity, equality, diversity, health and safety, and safeguarding.
