Venn Group have been approached by a support organisation and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Outreach Support Worker       

Location:         Chester/Ellesmere Port/Northwich/Winsford

Rate:               £11.68 - £12.50 p/hour (PAYE inc hol pay)  

Hours:             36 hours p/week – mix of earlies, lates and 1 in 3 weekends

Length:            3 months

The role will predominantly involve:

• Providing street outreach to assist people who who sleep rought with accessing accommodation, treatment, primary care, and other relevent services
• Walks and tours to target specific locations, to identify, engage and support clients 
• Liaising with external agencies including local authority, police and accommodation services
• Creating risk assessments and support plans with the customer

The successful candidate must be able to start within short notice and have experience within doing a similar role previously
