This is a fantastic opportunity for an Overheating Assessor to become part of an extremely successful and leading sustainability consultancy working from a fully remote position. If you have experience as an Overheating Assessor, please read below.

Job responsibilities:

• Producing overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments
• Thermal modelling using IES software
• Being involved in energy assessments and modelling
• Consulting on building design to comply with part L

The ideal Overheating Assessor will have:

• Have experience in a similar job using IES, TM52 and TM59
• Computer literacy skills
• A confident and motivated personality
